An investigation by the Oklahoma Impact Team has revealed that almost a third of EMSA's paramedics and EMTs -- 70 out of 228 -- have first and last names that match those of convicted criminals.

A Norwalk woman was charged with driving under the influence (DUI) twice in a matter of hours. The first charge occurred Sunday after Sophia Kiriakoudis, 31, pulled into her driveway at 101 Norwood Ave. and was approached by Norwalk Police Officer Dave Daniels.

DANBURY-- Police charged a 26-year-old Danbury man with drunken driving Sunday evening after a traffic stop on Elm Street. Carlos Correa, of Thorpe Street, was also cited for failure to obey a traffic control signal and driving without a license as a result of the 8:56 p.m. incident.
